SYAHI TECHNOLOGIES LLP, LLPIN ADB-1993, Bengaluru, India. In these terms, "Syahi", "we" and "us" mean that entity. "You" means the person or business buying from us.
Using the site, subscribing to Signet, or agreeing a scope for services means you accept these terms. Where a written scope says something different, the scope wins for that engagement.
What it is. An approval layer with a decision ledger. Your agents draft. You see the actual words on your phone and say yes or no. The decision is written down.
Subscription. Monthly or yearly, paid in advance through Razorpay. It renews until you cancel.
Founding price. Founding users keep their price for as long as the subscription stays active. If it lapses and you come back, the price is whatever it is that day.
Cancelling. Any time, from the dashboard or by email. Access runs to the end of the period you've paid for. No refund for a period already started, unless the cancellation and refunds page says otherwise.
The decision is yours. Signet shows you what an agent wants to do. The yes or no is yours, and the ledger records it. Your agents act on your instruction, not ours. Keep your credentials safe and don't use Signet for anything unlawful.
Your data. The ledger is yours. Export it any time. The privacy policy says how it's handled.
Availability. This is early software for a founding cohort. We keep it up, we don't yet promise an uptime figure, and when something breaks you'll hear it from us, with a receipt. Features will change. Founding users hear first.
One price, GST included. There is nothing else to pay for Signet.

Locked for life for founding users, as long as the subscription stays active. Studio Services carry no list price on this site. Each engagement is quoted in writing.
Scope first. Every engagement starts with a written scope: what we'll build, what "done" means, what's measured and how it's counted, the price, and the guarantee. Nothing starts until you've agreed it in writing.
The guarantee. Named in the scope, every time. For Quote in Ten Minutes it reads: if your average quote turnaround isn't under an hour by day 30, you don't pay. "Quote turnaround" is defined in writing before the build starts, so there's nothing to argue about on day 30.
Included running. After go-live, the build runs for the period named in the scope, with a weekly receipt showing what ran, what it produced, and what broke.
Keep It Running, the retainer
Per account, month to month or a year prepaid. It includes four hours a month of fixes and tuning, the weekly receipt, and one number to call. Extra agents inside an area you already own are covered by those hours.
Four things are outside the retainer, and they're named in writing when you sign:
- New integrations to systems not in the original scope.
- Net-new capability: work that changes what the system does, rather than keeping it doing what it does.
- Migrations, including a platform move or a major version upgrade.
- Breakage you caused.
Anything on that list is quoted separately, in writing. Hours beyond the four bill at the hourly rate stated in your scope, and we tell you before they're spent.
Your part
Access to the systems in scope, one named person who can answer questions, and your approval on every quote before it goes out. Nothing reaches your customer without you.
What's yours and what's ours
What we build for you runs on your accounts and your data. It's yours to keep running. We keep the right to reuse the general patterns and know-how from a build on later work. Never your data, never your rate card. That reuse is why the price stays where it is.
If what you want already exists inside a subscription you pay for, we'll say so and won't sell you a build.
All payments run through Razorpay: payment links, invoices, or subscriptions. Prices are GST included unless a scope says otherwise, and the invoice shows the GST breakup. The services build fee is paid upfront, when the scope is signed. The retainer is paid in advance, monthly or yearly.
Cancellations and refunds are on their own page. Katha Audio audiobook purchases follow the digital-content refund term on that same page.
We build tools that draft. You approve what goes out. We aren't liable for a decision you approved, or for what your agents do on your instructions.
We don't guarantee what an AI model will output. We guarantee what the scope says we guarantee, and nothing beyond it.
Our total liability to you under these terms is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits what Indian law says can't be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction.
The date at the top is the date these terms last changed. Material changes are emailed to paying customers before they take effect. Questions go to hello@syahi.sh.
