Syahi sells software subscriptions and services. Nothing physical is shipped, so there's no shipping policy beyond this line. What you buy is delivered online, or built on your own systems.
How to cancel. From the dashboard, or by emailing hello@syahi.sh from the address on the account. Cancelling stops the next charge. Access runs to the end of the period you've paid for.
Monthly. No refund for the month already started.
Annual. Refundable pro rata within 14 days of the first payment. Ask by email and we refund the unused part, counted from the day you ask. After 14 days there's no refund; your access runs to the end of the year you paid for. Renewals follow the same rule from the renewal date.
Founding price. Cancelling ends the lock. If you come back later, the price is whatever it is that day.
If we shut Signet down. You get your ledger export first, then a refund of the unused part of any prepaid period.
The guarantee. Every build carries one, written into the scope before work starts. For Quote in Ten Minutes it reads: if your average quote turnaround isn't under an hour by day 30 of running, you don't pay for the build. "Quote turnaround" and how it's counted are defined in the scope, so there's nothing to argue about on day 30.
How it's paid out. The build fee is paid upfront, when the scope is signed. If the guarantee isn't met by day 30, we refund the full build fee to the payment method you used, through Razorpay. No forms, no argument: the scope defines the measure, the receipts show the number.
Stopping a build early. Before the scope is signed, nothing is owed. If you stop after the build has started but before it goes live, we bill the hours spent at the rate in your scope, capped at the build fee. Once it's live, the guarantee runs and decides it.
The retainer. Monthly: cancel any time by email, the next charge stops, the month you're in runs out. No refund for a month already started. Annual prepaid: cancel any time, and unused full months are refunded pro rata. The retainer isn't covered by the build guarantee.
Separately quoted work follows the terms in that quote.
Katha Audio work is agreed per title, in writing. Its terms live in that agreement.
Katha Audio sells audiobooks. Each one is digital content, delivered the moment you buy it. There's no refund once you've bought a title, with one exception: a purchase that won't play. That's a defect on our side, and we refund it in full.
Before you buy, you hear a free sample chapter. You tick a box that says exactly this: "I've listened to the sample and I understand there are no refunds on audiobooks, except a purchase that won't play." That's the deal, in writing, before you pay.
The price shown is the total, GST included: 18% under SAC 998432, on-line audio content. Payments run through Razorpay.
If your purchase won't play
Email hello@syahi.sh with the order id from your receipt. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 30 days. A confirmed refund goes back to the payment method you used.
Grievance officer. Surabhi Pradhan, hello@syahi.sh.
Every refund goes back to the payment method you paid with, through Razorpay. We don't refund to a different card or account. The amount refunded is the amount you paid, GST included.
Once we initiate a refund, Razorpay typically shows it in your account within 5 to 7 working days. That figure is approximate. The exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer, and can be longer. We email you the Razorpay refund reference the day we initiate it, so you can track it.
Email hello@syahi.sh from the address on the account or the invoice, or WhatsApp +91 89514 49537. Include the invoice number or payment reference. We reply within three working days, and initiate an approved refund within seven working days of that reply.
